RETREATS
Retreats are immersive encounters lasting 24 hours, a long weekend or a week.
They are a unique opportunity to change your approach to movement, improve your Yoga practice and find new ways to connect to your body, breath and mind.
Each retreat has a different theme, following its own unique program, always aiming at opening new ways to be in our own bodies
